James is a Senior Program Manager on the College Access Team for College Possible Minnesota, working with a specific focus on providing programming for seniors in high school. Prior to joining College Possible, James held several roles in primary, secondary, and higher education. Beginning as a classroom teacher, James transitioned to an assistant principal role before entering the realm of higher education as an academic advisor and, later, a director of a “one-stop-shop” for all things financial aid, registration, and general student support. James holds an M.S. in Education from the University of Wisconsin-Stout and a B.S. in Secondary Education with an emphasis in History and Social Studies from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls.
