College Possible Minnesota now recruiting student Community Leaders

Each year, a new cohort of on-campus Community Leaders support College Possible students by cultivating robust connections within their campus through a network of supportive peers. Community Leaders play a pivotal role in fostering a cohesive College Possible community at their respective institution. Responsibilities include establishing a network among College Possible students, organizing events, facilitating social outings, and offering constructive feedback to program leaders.

College Possible is seeking current college students to serve as Community Leaders for the 2024—2025 school year!

As a community leader, you’ll work to promote College Possible engagement in existing campus initiatives, facilitate student connections and community-building on campus, as well as organize and execute College Possible community events.

As a community leader, you will:

  • Interact with College Possible staff, building your professional network and gaining insights into various roles within the organization
  • Build leadership skills by learning about event planning, effective motivation techniques, and enhancing your public speaking skills
  • Contribute to College Possible program development by providing feedback to enhance engagement and efficacy
  • Leverage connections made during the internship as references for future job applications or graduate studies

Eligible students are:

  • Currently enrolled at Augsburg University, Hamline University, St. Catherine University, the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities, or the University of St. Thomas
