Our innovative programs offer personalized support through near-peer coaching, both in-person and virtually, to ensure that students overcome any challenges they face in their college journey. High School & College Programs
In-Person
Coaching
We offer in-person support at eight locations across the U.S., providing six years of near-peer coaching to help students find their best-fit college and navigate any challenges throughout their academic journey. Starting in their junior year of high school and continuing through college graduation, our coaches guide students in selecting a college, applying, securing financial aid, and more. Throughout college, we continue to support them as they choose a major, find internships, build leadership skills, and prepare for life after graduation.
Virtual
Coaching
Our AI-powered virtual coaching service is improving the college experience for students. We offer personalized coaching at partner high schools, guiding students through the college application and financial aid process with the help of trained near-peer coaches. Once in college, we help students navigate enrollment, stay motivated, and persist toward earning their degrees. As a high school or university partner, our model enables you to scale quickly, effectively increasing your student support team by four times and offering guidance to even more students.
