Why I joined the ambassador board or why I’m invested in education equity…

I am a first-generation, low-income student. I remember the struggles I went through in college trying to figure out all the details from signing up for classes to fulfilling all requirements for graduation. I wish I had some help and being an international student didn’t make it much easier. I hope to be able to help the next generation so they don’t have to go through the struggles I went through. Education has always helped me better my future and College Possible’s mission resonates with me. I wanted to be more involved than just volunteering and the ambassador board was perfect.

When I’m not volunteering, I love to…

I love sports and the outdoors. You can find me doing all kinds of activities such as hiking, biking, swimming, skiing, and playing tennis, hockey, and squash. I also enjoy reading, cooking, playing the piano, and learning French.
