Molly grew up in Altadena, CA and attended Carleton College where she majored in American Studies and minored in Education Studies; she now calls the Twin Cities home. Molly joined College Possible in 2023 as a Flagship Access Coach at Kennedy High School. As a high school coach she’s been able to work in person with students, helping them navigate the college application process. Her favorite thing to help students determining their fit factors as well as helping students write their personal essays. Molly is excited to be transitioning over to the college success side and helping students transition and grow throughout the college process.
Prior to College Possible Molly worked as a Educational Associate for Carleton College’s Director of the Arts, getting to lead student workers with the technical upkeep and set building for the Theater and Dance Department. Molly has also worked as an assistant coach for Flintridge Prep’s high school girls cross country team and will be coaching ultimate frisbee with Minnesota Superiors U20 Open team. This past fall Molly completed the Mayo Clinic’s Health and Wellness Coach Training and is working to complete her certification.
