Lindsay joined College Possible in 2018 after starting their career at two other youth-development nonprofits and a year of service as an AmeriCorps member with New Sector Alliance. Through their work, Lindsay saw the value and influence of programs focused on youth education and social-emotional learning and the impact these programs can have on students from underserved and under-resourced communities. This influenced their commitment to social justice and educational equity. Lindsay is also a Master of Social Work student at Augsburg University. Lindsay works towards a future where students know they belong in higher education and their identities and experiences will be valued and celebrated.
