Gao Shee is a first-generation college student from St. Paul, Minnesota. She joined College Possible as a student in high school and served two years as an AmeriCorps member 2022-2024. Most of her work experience included working with marginalized youth and closing the education gap.
She graduated from the University of Minnesota Twin Cities with a B.S. in Family Social Science, where she studied family dynamics and systems. Through her undergraduate career, she grew her passion of support and empowering youth in education systems.
Outside of work, Gao Shee likes to watch Korean dramas, Disney shows, Law and Order; Special Victims Unit, travel, and go to the gym.
