Amelia joined College Possible in June 2024 after nearly ten years serving in communications and marketing roles at Oregon Citizens’ Utility Board. Raised in Portland, Amelia previously worked as Desktop Build Program Coordinator at Free Geek, served an AmeriCorps term as Volunteer Coordinator at Hands On Greater Portland, and did contract event planning and volunteer grant writing for several other Portland-area nonprofits. Amelia received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Puget Sound with a major in music and a minor in international relations. In her spare time, she sings with the Oregon Repertory Singers, explores other art forms, and enjoys reading, hiking, and cooking.
