Allison was born and raised in Oakdale, Minnesota, and attended Minnesota State University, Mankato where she got two bachelor’s degrees in criminal justice and law enforcement. Allison started at College Possible in 2022 as an AmeriCorps member serving for the College Success team. She is passionate in driving students to success, empowering students to grow and building community in the Saint Paul office. Outside of work, Allison often spends time with her two adorable nephews, cheering on the many Minnesota sports teams with friends or customizing shoes
