Adnan Nisar currently serves on the board of directors of Academic Partnerships, Unitek Learning, Apollo Education Group and Vanta Education. He previously served on the board of directors of HigherEducation.com and Penn Foster Education Group.
Prior to joining Vistria, Adnan was an investment professional at Mubadala Investment Company, a global investment firm capitalized by the Government of Abu Dhabi. He began his career at M3 Capital Partners focused on principal investments and M&A advisory.
Adnan received a B.A. in economics and finance from Washington University in St. Louis and an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
