Target Circle members with preferred store locations in Apple Valley, Burnsville, Chanhassen, Chaska, Cottage Grove, Eagan, Eden Prairie, Inver Grove Heights, Lakeville, Savage, Shakopee, Waconia and West St Paul, Minnesota can vote to direct Target’s giving to benefit College Possible.
