We are deeply saddened by the passing of David B. Laird, Jr., founding board chair for College Possible and long-time head of the Minnesota Private College Council. Dave was a staunch champion for students, serving on the Board of Directors of College Possible for our first ten years, from 2001-2011. His dedication and drive for continual improvement formed and influenced our vision of student access and success, making college graduation a reality for thousands of students across the country. We are forever grateful for his contributions to the field of education, for his friendship, and for his visionary leadership of College Possible. Our hearts go out to his family during their time of loss.
