With deep gratitude and admiration, I announce an important transition at College Possible Omaha. After 11 years of exemplary leadership, Arvin Frazier III, senior executive director of College Possible Omaha, will retire at the end of March 2025.

When he joined the team on April 30, 2013, Arvin brought a powerful vision and helped transform it into a vibrant reality. His extraordinary work speaks volumes about his impact.

Built a stable foundation for success: Arvin built the Omaha site and grew it into a vital community resource, supporting hundreds of students annually. This success reflects our entire team’s dedication and hard work, whose contributions Arvin consistently recognized as essential to achieving our mission. Their continued passion, along with his legacy, will continue to propel our work forward.

Positioned for the future: Under Arvin’s leadership, the Omaha team is well-equipped for the next chapter. College Possible Omaha is primed to continue innovating and expanding, ensuring our continued prominence in the community and enabling us to support even more students on their college journeys.

Arvin has been a source of inspiration for all of us, exemplifying what it means to lead with heart, integrity, and a deep belief in every student’s potential. His impact is immeasurable, and his work has changed lives across the Omaha community. He has been a source of strength for many of his peers, including other executive directors. We are deeply grateful for his leadership and the opportunities he has created for us to make a difference.

“This is the right time for me to step aside and pass the baton to new leadership,” Arvin shared. “I am incredibly proud of what we’ve built together at College Possible Omaha. I’m confident that the team will continue our mission, and I look forward to following the lasting impact on the lives of students and families served.”

Please join me in congratulating Arvin on his well-deserved retirement and thanking him for his outstanding service to College Possible.

With appreciation,
Dr. Siva Kumari
