Marco Morrison is a native of Milwaukee, WI and graduated from Rufus King High School. He has over 20 year’s worth of experience in the youth development arena focusing on program design, implementation and evaluation. Marco attended the University of Wisconsin-Parkside where he majored in Sociology & Communication and minored in Ethnic Studies. While attaining his undergraduate degree, Marco worked in the UW-Parkside Precollege Department where he developed his passion for working with young people. Marco continued his quest for knowledge and went on to obtain his Master’s degree in Educational Administration at Eastern Illinois University. Seeing a need in his community, Marco decided to return home to impact young people’s lives in a way that is relevant, intentional and life changing. He worked for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Milwaukee for 9.5 years providing innovative ideas and strategies to reach those most in need. In 2017, he became the Executive Director for Operation DREAM, Inc., which is an all-boys mentoring and job readiness program. In this program, he impacts the lives of mostly young men of color by providing dedicated mentors, job readiness training, employment, and future goal setting to assist young men on their journey to adulthood. During his time at Operation DREAM, Inc., Marco implemented new programs, and redesigned program outcomes & metrics to add additional impact on the young men and families he served. Prior to his departure from Operation DREAM, Inc., Marco established a social enterprise business, DREAM Screen LLC, that focuses on hands-on entrepreneurship training, career exploration while simultaneously providing employment for young men.

Christine Holloway is an IT and Communications business professional currently serving as Vice President of the Converged Infrastructure Solutions segment of CDW. Christine has more than 20 years of leadership experience with sales, marketing and information technology services.
CDW is a leading provider of technology solutions for business, government, education and healthcare in North America and is ranked No. 235 on the Fortune 500 list. CDW was founded in 1984 and employs approximately 6,800 coworkers and annual sales exceeding $11B.
In her role as Vice-President, Christine is responsible for the overall strategy and development of unified communications, collaboration, mobility, networking and security solution offerings. Her team of over 300 solution architects and product specialists are responsible for designing and configuring these technology solutions for CDW clients and prospects, and own the technical integrity of all solutions presented.
Christine is married with two grown children living in Waukesha, WI. She enjoys skydiving, golf, travel and the theatre. In addition to serving on the board of College Possible, Christine is also active in numerous community and mission outreach initiatives through her church, Ascension Lutheran in Waukesha.

As Chief Privacy Officer, JoAnne Breese-Jaeck is responsible for the development, implementation and oversight of Northwestern Mutual’s privacy program. She and her team cultivate trusted partnerships across the enterprise, seeking foster consumer trust and ensure regulatory compliance while providing foundational capabilities for unlocking the value of data. JoAnne is the former chair and current member of the ACLI Privacy Committee and is passionate about all things privacy.
Before taking the role of Chief Privacy Officer, JoAnne was an Assistant General Counsel and Assistant Secretary in the Northwestern Mutual Law Department. While there, JoAnne led the technology law practice and helped advance the company’s strategic vision by combining a deep understanding of privacy and cybersecurity laws with actionable legal advice.
Prior to joining Northwestern Mutual, JoAnne was a shareholder with the law firm of Hostak, Henzl & Bichler, S.C. There, she specialized in litigation and appellate advocacy, working extensively with businesses, insurers and individuals. JoAnne was a trusted advisor, advocating for her clients’ interests at all stages of litigation.
JoAnne resides in Mount Pleasant, Wisconsin, with her husband, Greg. She and her husband have three adult children. JoAnne enjoys travel, cooking, golf and spending time with family.

Rick is the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Uniform Services at Aramark Corporation, a global food, facilities and uniform services provider to educational institutions, healthcare providers, municipalities, business and industry, and sports and leisure clients.
He also serves on the board of directors for Adient, a global leader in automotive seating
Prior to joining Aramark, Rick served as executive vice president and chief financial officer of Enerpac Tool Group Corp. from 2016 to 2022, as executive vice president and chief financial officer of Century Aluminum Co. from 2014 to 2016, as vice president-finance Global Surface Mining Group, and as vice president-controller and chief accounting officer at Joy Global (now Komatsu Mining).
He also has held various financial roles of increasing responsibility at Newell Brands and Briggs & Stratton Corporation. He began his career at Arthur Andersen LLP.
Rick is a member of the Marquette University Board of Trustees and College of Business Administration Leadership Council.
He is a cum laude graduate of Marquette University’s Honors Program and the College of Business Administration with a bachelor’s degree in accounting. Rick has an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. Rick is a Milwaukee native and a graduate of Milwaukee Public Schools.
Most recently, Rick was awarded the 2019 Milwaukee Business Journal‘s CFO of the Year Award.
Rick resides in Mequon, Wisconsin, with his wife, Kimberly, and their two children.

Louis was born in Springfield, Ohio but was raised in Milwaukee and attended elementary and middle school in the Milwaukee Public School (MPS) system. Louis graduated from Whitefish Bay's Dominican High School in 1979 and received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology/Criminal Justice Concentration from the University of Minnesota-Duluth (UMD) in 1983. Louis attended UMD on an academic and athletic scholarship where he played collegiate basketball.
Louis has been employed with numerous social service agencies including Wisconsin Correctional Services (Casework Coordinator) and the Milwaukee County Mental Complex (Court Liaison Worker). Louis also has worked in the professional sports security field in several positions as NBA-Security Representative, Bucks-Security Liaison, Bradley Center Security Liaison and Major League Baseball-Authenticator.
Louis is currently retired (2013) from the Milwaukee Police Department (MPD) after spending 25 years of service, 19 years as a Detective and 6 years as patrol officer. Louis worked in all departments of MPD except Sensitive Crimes with his last few years being assigned to the Dignitary Protection Unit, Homicide and Internal Affairs. Currently, Louis is employed at SysLogic, Inc. as the Community Affairs Liaison where he assists the company and CEO in networking with non-profits, community organizations, committees and boards in our communities.
Louis is currently WOTC-Board/Deacon Chairman at his church and is on the Boys and Girls Clubs of Greater Milwaukee Program Committee member. Louis is married to Barbara who teaches kindergarten at MPS and has two adult children, Matthew and Meghan. Louis enjoys mentoring youth, public speaking, networking, fishing, politics and spectator sports.

Sangeeta Khanna is a trained electrical engineer. Her work experience includes tenures at Boeing Aerospace in Houston, where she served as a contractor for the Johnson Space Center, and several positions at Motorola Inc. in the Chicagoland area.
She is a graduate of Northwestern University and a strong advocate for education. Sangeeta has served in critical volunteer roles with University School of Milwaukee, where her children attended. At USM she was a chair and co-chair on several committees and served for nine years on the Board of Trustees. While in Illinois, she volunteered with the Adams County Medical Society and Quincy Public Schools.
Sangeeta is married to Raman and has three adult children.

Josh Smith is a Research and Development Manager at A. O. Smith Corporation. In this role, Josh sets strategic priorities for drinking water and air quality sensor technology developments and leads a team of researchers to advance sensor application projects from ideation to readiness for new product implementation. Additionally, Josh helps collaborate with external research partners including universities, startup companies, organizations such as The Water Council and accelerator programs like the BREW. Previously, Josh contributed to the design of the world’s first touch screen avionics platform at Collins Aerospace (formerly Rockwell Collins).
Josh graduated from Purdue University in electrical engineering and later earned an MBA from the University of Iowa.
In addition to College Possible, Josh actively supports the United Way among several other Milwaukee area nonprofit organizations.

Lindy Yeager is a community volunteer and former middle and high school teacher. She earned her B.A. from Harvard University in 1984. Soon after, she entered an apprentice teaching program at the Shady Hill School in Cambridge where she could also pursue a Master’s in Education degree at Tufts University. She taught at The Country School in Madison, CT and at the Dwight-Englewood School in Englewood, NJ before moving to Shorewood in 1994 where she taught at the Shorewood Intermediate School.
While raising three children with her husband, John Florsheim, Lindy stepped away from teaching but stayed involved with youth and the community through volunteering in the Shorewood Schools and service on the board of COA Youth and Family Centers, including as Board Chair. Recently, she has been collaborating with the Carmen Schools of Science and Technology on teacher preparation and development.
She has closely followed College Possible since its arrival in the Milwaukee area and is thrilled to be joining the board to support its mission. She enjoys biking and running, reading, traveling, cooking and spending time with family.
