Mohit Kalra is General Counsel at S2G Ventures. Previously, he was the General Counsel and Chief Privacy Officer at Numerator and spent 13+ years at Google where he focused on data privacy, intellectual property, commercial agreements, and other related topics. Mohit began his legal career at Mayer Brown, where he worked on mergers & acquisitions and securities offerings for a broad range of clients.
Mohit graduated with Honors with a B.A. in Economics from the University of Michigan and with a J.D. from Harvard Law School. He currently is on the Corporate Advisory Council of Cradles to Crayons, a non-profit that is currently working on expanding to the Chicago area. He lives in Chicago and enjoys spending time with his wife Manali, and his two boys, Rian and Nayan.
