Pétra Noble currently serves as the Senior Vice President of HR Analytics, Workforce Planning and Data Governance at USBank. She joined USBank after working for Ecolab in various leadership roles which included leading strategic growth programs, operational excellence, and advanced data/analytic strategy. Prior to joining Ecolab, Noble worked as an internal consultant for Allianz SE/Reinsurance based in Munich, Germany; the Spatial Statistical Director at the University of Minnesota’s Population Center; and a Statistician for the US Census Bureau. She has worked, volunteered and served on committees within numerous organizations such as the Coalition for Low Income Community Development, US Peace Corps, Volunteer in Service to America (later named AmeriCorps), and Centro Operacional de Vivienda y Poblamiento (COPEV).
Noble holds a BA from the College of St. Benedict, MS degree from the University of Iowa, MBA from U of MN’s Carlson School of Business, and an Advanced Certification from the Harvard Business Analytics Program. She lives in Minneapolis with her partner Scott Schueller, children Blaise and Elly, and one unusually large dog named ‘Tinkerbell’. Originally from Northern Minnesota’s Iron Range, Noble still enjoys almost every outdoor activity, accordion music, and a well rolled ‘Povitica’ – a sweet, Croatian walnut bread.
