I direct the success team. We support students on their path to graduating from college.
What do you love most about your job?
So far, two things:
- Helping students who face extra challenges in gaining a college degree.
- How friendly, supportive, and amazing everyone on the team is!

How to be effective in my role, what I can do to support individuals, the organization, and the mission.

Because of our purpose, helping students from low-income households gain a college education and breaking out of the cycle of poverty.
