Patti Soskin is the owner of Yum! Kitchen and Bakery. Prior to Yum!, Patti was a consultant to Parasole Restaurant Holdings and held general management positions with Dayton’s Restaurants and Catering, Leeann Chin, Goodfellow’s and Pronto Ristorante. Patti currently serves an advisor to Cordon Bleu Culinary Schools. Patti graduated from Highland Park High School in St. Paul and received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Minnesota. Patti and her husband, Robbie have three children, Jorie 26, Zach 21 and Maddie 19.
