Margaret Jaques-Leslie is the Director of Catalyze. She has spent nearly fifteen years serving higher education in supporting institutions and students to better outcomes. Most recently at Persistence Plus, Margaret led the implementation of an award-winning behavioral nudging platform designed to increase retention and graduation rates. While there, she coordinated multiple research initiatives with external researchers, including Nudges to the Finish Line focused propelling near completers to graduation, and Nudging to STEM Success, targeting outcomes for STEM learners. At Cengage Learning and McGraw-Hill Higher Education, Margaret worked in a variety of capacities across production, sales and product portfolio, including leading the English Composition product portfolio at Cengage.
Margaret has a B.A. from Grinnell College and an EdM in Higher Education from the Harvard Graduate School of Education.
