Jocelin is a first- generation college graduate who earned a bachelor’s degree at Oregon State University. She joined College Possible in the summer of 2022 because she wants to be the type of mentor for students that she wished she had growing up. Growing up in a low-income community with very few resources to higher education, Jocelin is very passionate about equity in education and believes that all students should have equal access to higher education regardless of their background. Throughout her college experience, she has worked directly with college access and success organizations including CAMP (College Assistance for Migrants Program), EOP (Equal Opportunities Program), TRIO, and LSAMP (Louis Stokes Alliance for Minority Participation).

Outside of College Possible, Jocelin enjoys spending time with her loved ones, exploring the great PNW, going on scenic runs, indoor cycling, and weightlifting.
