Erika Mince, originally from Round Rock, Texas, is a former student of College Forward and currently serves as a College Access Program Manager. She received a Bachelor’s degree in Child and Family Services and a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Abilene Christian University. Erika has worked in higher education for the past four years. In her free time, she enjoys sitting in coffee shops, live music, reading and writing creative short fiction.
