Emily Fulton-Foley has a Master of Education in Counseling and 18 years of experience helping non-profits grow in holistic ways. Her work has spanned leadership, grant and financial management, equity in services, programmatic development and assessment, and employee engagement. She focuses especially on the critical role of self-care and organizational balance in employee health and productivity.
Emily lives on a small hobby farm with her husband, three boys, and herd of dairy goats outside of Northfield. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, eating cheese, and laughing.
